Coach Erin is an amazing person. She truly cares about her players and wants the absolute best for every single one. One downfall is that she recruits a massive roster (25-30ish girls) and around 15 girls actually get the opportunity to touch the field. This might have some doing with the athletic department’s standard. One thing that she does amazing at is recruiting girls that get along well. The teams that I have been a part of have always gotten along quite well, which is surprising due to the amount of girls on the roster.
