Kim is the most professional and structured coach I ever had. Yes, (surprise, surprise) you need to put your work in and being a d1 rowing athlete is not a walk in a park, but she will recognize your effort and will create an environment where it feels good to work. I really appreciate all the interesting team activities we had so far and how diverse my week schedule is, it never gets boring. Overall, I’m having a really great college experience in UAlbany and transferring here was the best decision. Most of these bad reviews are clearly written by a few same people. I would suggest stopping being big crying babies and starting to put a little work. And if you have a problem, maybe have the balls to address it in person too instead of typing a trash anonymously.
