This coach is a narcissistic, manipulative, and abusive presence who should not be in a position of authority. She uses intimidation instead of leadership, tearing players down with constant belittling and mental games that leave them anxious and demoralized. Her behavior crosses the line into both mental and physical abuse, making practices toxic rather than constructive. Instead of fostering teamwork and growth, she thrives on control and manipulation, prioritizing her ego over the well-being of her players. It’s clear that she is not only a terrible coach, but also a damaging influence on the people she’s supposed to be guiding.
