Coach Phillips eats, sleeps, and breathes lacrosse. Her knowledge of the game is unparalleled. She has high expectations for her players, and she is very direct about the changes she wishes to see on the field. She provides guidance about how these changes should be achieved, but she doesn't always allow the player space to grow under her watch.
