Coach Anne is a caring thoughtful coach who puts 120% into her job and her players. She has created such a great culture where the coaches and players hold each other accountable and each expectation is clearly communicated to every member of the team. Being a player under Anne had helped me grow as a person and has taught me the type of leader I would want to be a follower under or who I would want to try and replicate into my own leadership style
