I loved and played baseball for as long as I can remember. He is the one person who made me lose my love and passion for baseball. He’s that awful and anti-inspiring.

There is an HBO documentary ('Real Sports' Tackles NCAA's Mistreatment of Athletes) that talks about how college coaches exploit their student athletes and Bills is a prime example. He mistreats his players through mental and verbal abuse. Harasses degrades you by taking jabs at not only your physical abilities but who you are as a person.

Is biased towards certain players he recruits, disrespectful to players and other coaching staff members, has no concept of how to run a team and how to win games, has no support for his players in the classroom and does not prepare the players for life beyond baseball and after college.
