Well knowledged in some, not all facets of the game. Bryan is a good coach, but room to become a great one. Intense, but lacks clarity and honesty with his team and his players. That is where most of the divide comes from. Not his passion or love for the game. Listen to his actions not his words.

Coach Adamski knows the game and runs a well scheduled practice. When the ball is rolling in the right direction he trusts you and things are great. However, when adversity hits he tightens up and shows his emotions - which can negatively impact a team. You also shouldn't get tied up with idea of him liking you as a person.

Brain is a good Coach. He knows the game and runs a smooth sailing ship. But, he lacks flexibility with his players away from his style and to open his mind to new parts of the game. His lack of personal skills with his players turns to an issue while communicating his constructive criticism. It creates uncertainty in his players endangering unity.

Coach Adamski is an intense coach who will be emotionally invested in every game he coaches. He demands the very best from his players and will be direct and honest with his assessments. Although he is not considered to be a "players coach" he wants too see his players develop and succeed. Extremely knowledgable about the game.

Super intense, very knowledgeable. Struggles to enforce his "rules" when a player breaks them. But a coach you aren't mad playing for.

Great coach overall, sometimes he lets his emotion for the game affect himself and his players. Nonetheless he always has player's backs and knows the game very well.

Coach Adamski is a coach who always had the team prepared for practice and for games. He really cares about the players and our life after baseball by setting up Alumni events to speak with Trinity Alumni about internship/job opportunities. A great young coach who can relate well to the players but also knows how to get the best out of each player.
