Drew is hands down the best coach in the United States. Besides being the two time head Olympic diving coach, he has also led IU Diving to greatness. Other than his coaching ability, he is a great mentor and treats all of his athletes like his own children.

The most technical and passionate coach I have ever seen. Drew is very forward thinking and does a lot of groundbreaking things for the sport of diving. Also cares so much about each and every one of his athletes and makes sure to have a good relationship with everyone.

Drew is hands down the most important person I've met in my life. Outside of the pool, he has shaped me from a freshman kid into a professional adult that is prepared to work diligently in the professional world. Inside of the pool, he took my diving from what look like rec league, into a position that I could dive in trials. Drew is the GOAT.
