The players and assistant coaches are afraid to speak up. There is no trust in this coach. The players are all vying against each constantly for positions or time on the field so there is no unity with the team.

    Poor Communication

I would NOT recommend this coach to any young player. He pits players against each other, and does not protect players from careless tackles in practice against each other. He values long distance running stamina over any other skill/aspect of the game.

Great coach, often a misleading recruiter who over-recruits players who end up never making team as walk ons

Dwayne's style is very much old school. He tends to recruit big, strong, and fast players. He values athleticism over vision, skill, or IQ. He oftentimes exhibits power-trips that serve to discredit his coaching abilities. I remember him telling his assistants to "sit down, you're not the head coach." A lot of politics on this team.
