Unable to use analytical skills to excel her athletes to the next level. Has no motivational spirit and her complacency transfers directly to the program. Has great amount of difficult adapting to difficult situation and never confronts issues head on. Often looks forward and doesn't understand her team (individually and as whole) to make it better

Coach Heather has a lot of passion for the sport and is motivated by the small school rowing community in the northeast. Though awkward at times, if you let her coach you and you trust her, you WILL become a better athlete, person, and scholar. When you respect the coach and the sport, she will have your back.

I've been rowing for 10 years and have never thought about quitting until she came to trinity. Not motivational. Not good at her job.

Takes too long grouping people. Makes poor choices with lineups. Isn't tough enough for the results she wants.

Probably the worst crew coach I've ever had. Way too much time wasted on things we don't need.
