AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseJack Bauerle knows a lot about swimming. He knows how to produce a champion. That said, he should not be recognized as a good man. He believes himself to be an ethical man yet many of his former athletes will strongly disagree. He cares about his star athletes and if you're not one of those, don't expect much from him. He is a small man who cheats his way around the system and has no integrity at all. Jack Bauerle's moral compass is no where to be found.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseJack is the epitome of what people dream a head coach to be. He is personable, knowledgable in the sport, passionate, and most importantly cares for his athletes just like a parent would. Most on my team would agree that he is another father figure in their life.

HonestMotivationalCares About AcademicsGreat LeaderPassionate About CoachingJack Baurle was a very decorated coach with an obvious passion for the sport of swimming. He demonstrated his care for his athletes but definitely had his favorites. Overall he was a great coach who wanted success for his individual athletes as well as his team as a whole.
