    Disorganized

Brennan does NOT support DEI. She is uncomfortable in her own skin. Runs from high profile UGA donors. Does not live a healthy life style. Can’t play golf, drives around in a golf cart during tournaments because she is incapable of walking 18 holes. A clock puncher she moved from FL to Athens and lived in a trailer her first year on job. Does know how to play golf or break down a golf course. Brennan has ruined the program all the best players have run from this toxic team. I was told there is a Title IX Law Suit against her. Hope. UGA will not renew her contract. Josh Brewer was such a better coach for UGA. Ridiculous they let him go and hired Brennan. Bring Brewer Back!!

The program is nationally competitive with a clear expectation of excellence and accountability. Coaching leadership emphasizes performance, depth, and long term athlete development. Communication and structure are strong, especially for athletes who thrive in high pressure environments. This is a great fit for disciplined runners aiming for elite competition. Excited for my son.

If you’re considering playing for Tom, please do yourself a favor and run the other way. Tom doesn’t ever take accountability, doesn’t understand emotional situations, and enables harmful dynamics within the team. I’ve seen him pit players against each other in the past as a way to “motivate,” which has only created deeper insecurities. Your mental health is not worth being destroyed over him. No one should have to endure that in a program that claims to care about its athletes. You deserve way better than what this program offers under his leadership.

    IntensePoor Communication

Mr. Brewer is not a coach and I strongly advise to stay away from any program he is involved. Instead of player development he orchestrates mobbing supported by his favorites to make life miserable for certain players. He has no communication skills, does not care about his players, some would even say he is mean to them. There is no clear qualifying process - some players are not even allowed to participate. Mr. Brewer talks bad about his own players to others on the team and even to other coaches despite the fact that he recruited them. No real success the last 12 years despite top players on the team. Players loose interest in the Sport and either leave or quit after his program. The toxic environment is known within the organization and unfortunately accepted.
