Coach Farwell is a wonderful person. He takes time out of his day to be there for you and only wants the best for you. He is a great recruiter and when he recruits he looks at a holistic overview as oppose to just start political characteristics like where you row for, but moreover who the person is to the core. Be on his team if you can.

Farwell always gets the boys smiling when the time is right, especially with his motivational speeches. He can be pretty intense when he needs to be, but not to the point where he's unapproachable. He works well with the team and keeps us excited for everything, even 2ks...
