Coach Farwell is a wonderful person. He takes time out of his day to be there for you and only wants the best for you. He is a great recruiter and when he recruits he looks at a holistic overview as oppose to just start political characteristics like where you row for, but moreover who the person is to the core. Be on his team if you can.
