Jim Barr is an extremely underrated Head Coach and has accomplished so much in his time with Holy Cross. He is a the true definition of a God-Fearing man. I’m blessed to have been able to get to know him beyond the water, and have an opportunity to reach out to him weekly due to his approachability. Jim has no ego which separates him from Head Coaches in the sport. Row for Jim.

Jim Barr lacks a full knowledge of the sport he coaches. His practice schedule and workout regiment are inefficient. I believe that he enjoys the sport of rowing and has a genuine desire to make the program better. However I also believe he lacks the necessary coaching skills to achieve future goals.

A great man who cares about the sport and his team. He lives and breathes to do well, and it shows.
