Knowledgeable and knows how to coach the game, gets very stuck in his ways and makes some questionable moves with players

Has very good knowledge of basketball and will teach you a lot about the game. Sometimes can be harsh, but always has team's best interest at heart.

Good coach, knows what he is doing. Can sometimes get very set in his ways with drills and such but overall knows how to win and you will be part of a successful program

Academically the school is great but our basketball experience so far has been less than expected. Cons: The coach doesn’t demonstrate a high basketball IQ. We have lost games due to his poor decisions. He definitely has favorites that he plays even when it’s not best for the team. His subbing is very frustrating. It definitely makes you wonder if the AD is paying attention. Pros: The girls seem to like the coach off the court. He tries to find fun team activities. The coach is friendly with the parents but it’s very awkward for him, but he does have favorite parents too! Overall, our daughter is making lifelong friends and that is what ultimately matters. These girls have 4 years to make it to the ncaa and it’s heartbreaking watching them work so hard and know they won’t even rank. We have a couple years remaining and pray they won’t be as frustrating as the previous.
