    Poor Communication

He was the worst coach I had ever had in my 13 years of playing. Belittled you and didn’t believe in you. Used you to win games but never cared about you until he had a title IX case on him. He has had 25+ girls quit in the 4 years he has been at Redlands. Wants to be the coach that gets invited to your wedding but isn’t a good human. Doesn’t deserve to still be a coach at Redlands but the administration turns a blind eye. I had to go to therapy because of him.

Every coach has their shortfalls, but most good out weigh the bad. Some of the things that can be worked on is creating a better team culture, caring more about academics, communication, organization, and using the teams money in a way that better supports the team.
