Diss is an awesome coach. She's super approachable and personable. Over the years she's improved immensely with her directness and honesty with players. Her devotion to our team is undeniable. In the same way that you commit yourself to the program, she commits herself to developing players into great athletes and bright young professionals.

She went from being a grad assistant, to an assistant, to our head coach. Her first year of being a head coach, she led us to the National Championship. She is an incredible player and is extremely knowledgable. She also is one of the most approachable and understanding coaches I have ever played for in my life. She truly has a great relationship with each player. She is extremely fair and will not yell at you for your mistakes, but rather help you through them.
