She's super laid back. Sometimes too much.

Coach Shannon plays favorites and selects a group of players to put time and interest into. She wants her players to be all in and intense, although, practices are low key and not challenging. She has knowledge about hitting but is limited to that. Assistant coach is not helpful. She also creates a dramatic and ineffective competitive atmosphere.

Absolutely love coach shannon, she makes softball fun but intense. She cares a lot about being a family and she cares about her players. Very easy to talk to and makes you feel at home.
