She is extremely immature and did not deserve a HC job. She’s clueless and it’s very evident on the field. Other coaches pick up on it right away and take advantage of that. She is more concerned about what’s going on between players than she is coaching the team. Gets involved in the drama. Control freak, doesn’t actually coach because she doesn’t know how. She doesn’t know the game. Doesn’t show up for events or practices at times. Or shows up late and the Assistants don’t even know what they’re supposed to do. Changes lineup after discussing with Assistants and they’ll say, that’s not the lineup we agreed to. Definitely on a power trip with the HC pasition. Program and facilities are horrible!

My son got to know him during his recruiting visit. He was super nice, understanding and respectful to players. He was positive and fair. Outdoor track was very beautiful and nice! The current team members were very cool and were passionate about having my son on the team in the future.

The team culture was very positive and he made sure that the team was motivated and focused. He knows the game so well and he is very passionate about his team.
