AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseCoach hubbard takes a more relaxed and trustworthy approach to coaching. He is not going to motivate you to go to war, but he is always prepared, approachable, and has an incredibly good grasp over his players. A strong man manager who puts the team first and genuinely cares for his players. A winner.

AccessibleCoolDirectIntenseGood coach who knows what he is talking about. Fair dealing with players but does the right thing for the program to progress. He is the coach and wants the best for the team. Emphasis on team.
