    Disorganized

The worst. Will suck your love of the game right out of you and create doubt and anxiety in yourself that never existed before… unless you’re her number one favorite.

    Old School Mentality

Creates a stale environment that causes players' growth to plateau. Continuously brought in and played 5th years over well-deserving players who had been on the team for years. Does not know how to develop a team and relies on the transfer portal. He only conducts the same 5 drills at practice and rarely scrimmages, making every day/season repetitive. Will not be upfront or honest and repeatedly strung players along for a season and even years until it was too late to transfer. Has obvious favorites and will only be respectful to players if he needs them. Does not have extensive knowledge on the game and will often answer questions with "it's situational" - most of our team successes came from the leadership of captains and upperclassmen on the field. Was very catfishing during recruiting and made a lot of promises he could not keep. Players on the team are fantastic and made my time here enjoyable and worth staying for.

    DisorganizedPoor Communication

Lacks the ability to communicate with players. Only cares about the favorites. Will not have a conversation with player on what they need to do to get better. Instead tells players, "if you need to ask, I don't need to tell you." Is not honest in recruiting, tells players what they want to hear so they commit. Lacks control of the team off the ice, and creates a terrible team environment. Turning girls against each other.

Worst coach I have ever had

Will not play you unless you’re a favorite. Creates and fuels a toxic team environment. Only cares about his reputation and winning. I played soccer my entire life and he made me hate the sport. Many girls quit the team because of him.

UNH has been very lucky to have held on to him for over a decade. He has been very successful and has done so with class and integrity. His teams always compete at the very top of the conference and excel in the classroom. It would be very difficult to match what he has done.
