Lacks the ability to communicate with players. Only cares about the favorites. Will not have a conversation with player on what they need to do to get better. Instead tells players, "if you need to ask, I don't need to tell you." Is not honest in recruiting, tells players what they want to hear so they commit. Lacks control of the team off the ice, and creates a terrible team environment. Turning girls against each other.
