Lacks the ability to communicate with players. Only cares about the favorites. Will not have a conversation with player on what they need to do to get better. Instead tells players, "if you need to ask, I don't need to tell you." Is not honest in recruiting, tells players what they want to hear so they commit. Lacks control of the team off the ice, and creates a terrible team environment. Turning girls against each other.

Poor communication, never expressed why someone was out of the lineup. Never explained why players roles changed. Loved certain players that were starters but she didn’t care about the middle/ bottom end players. Often would walk by injured players in hall etc and not even say hello.
