Believes In YouCares About AcademicsOld School MentalityPoor CommunicationUnderstandingVery nice and understanding. Doesn’t like change and not willing to accept help from other coaches. Not that knowledgeable about the game and could use some younger coaches to help the program Doesn’t seem to care about having losing records or recruiting top players. Too busy with other outside jobs.
