Poor CommunicationA lack of holding the team accountable at practice (hence bad habits in games), a lack of direction and individual feedback to players, and a lack of consistency in application of standards lets down a likeable and knowledgable coach who currently has a young team with a lot of potential. A reset to her style, and flowing that change through the team, could dramatically change the fortunes of the Bengals.
