Ray Looze cares more about you as an asset instead of a person. He is a great salesman and makes you feel like a top priority as a recruit but when you are on the team you either perform or you are ignored and not cared about. He believes in old school type of training and the workouts are intense. There is a high turnover rate of coaches.
