DisorganizedPoor CommunicationHe is super nice in the beginning, but then his true colors show. He cannot control himself on the sideline, at times makes borderline inappropriate comments. He knows the game a bit, but treats it like men's soccer so he does everything that the Premier League teams try to do. He can be nice, but it does not last too long. I do not recommend it at all. His only objective is to collect the paycheck and thats about it.
