He is super nice in the beginning, but then his true colors show. He cannot control himself on the sideline, at times makes borderline inappropriate comments. He knows the game a bit, but treats it like men's soccer so he does everything that the Premier League teams try to do. He can be nice, but it does not last too long. I do not recommend it at all. His only objective is to collect the paycheck and thats about it.
