i think coach ryan is the exact kind of coach when you are competing at this level of college athletics. He is a coach who will keep you grounded and be dedicated to you and see you more than just an athlete but as a person to. He is focused on making us better and being a good and fun coach in the process.

Coach Ryan is a good coach. He is a pretty laid back and he cares about all of his athletes. He cares about the team culture and makes what we’re doing enjoyable instead of us dreading it all the time. During games he doesn’t yell but gives us good advice so we can get better and move on. He is a very understanding coach and easy to talk to.

Coach Ryan is a light in our program, he was one of the main reasons I committed to UNO. He is a good coach and person. He knows the game and wants to see us grow.

Being at this level playing a d1 collegiate sport you want a coach who not only develops you but also believes in you. Coach ryan does both of those things. You can tell he cares about his athletes and wants us all to have fun while also getting the job done. He wants us to be the best players we can but also understanding that it doesn’t happen overnight.

I really like our coach. He is a fair and cool coach. He overall is just a really positive person and a great leader to have for our team. He is light-hearted and makes playing a division one sport worth it.

I’ve been around coach ryan a multitude of times and every time I am around him he is very positive and motivational. He cares about everyone even the athletes not in his program. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and believes in his athletes. He is a very cool guy to just talk to outside of volleyball and creates a good culture for the athletes.

Coach Ryan is a positive person and good coach. He is a someone who believes in you as a person and as an athlete that also knows how to fun and not take things seriously all the time. You can tell he cares about the program and the people he has in it. He isn’t super intense which is honestly a good thing.

You can tell coach ryan cares about his players and his role on the team. He creates a great environment for the team and make it fun for everyone. He is easy to get along with and his dedicated to his players. He keeps it calm when the pressure is a lot and we are in a tense situation.

Coach Ryan’s coaching style is very direct but not super intense. He communicates to us in a way where we can take in the information he gives us without it sounding insulting or anything like that. He believes in all of us as players and is a pretty positive person.
