Coach Ryan is a good coach. He is a pretty laid back and he cares about all of his athletes. He cares about the team culture and makes what we’re doing enjoyable instead of us dreading it all the time. During games he doesn’t yell but gives us good advice so we can get better and move on. He is a very understanding coach and easy to talk to.
