Tess lights up a room with her kindness always goes the extra mile to make sure all her players feel heard and welcome on the team. She has been in the field hockey world for so long that she has a lot of techniques and tactics to pass on to her players. Best coach even better person.

I love Tess Ellis, there is no one I would rather play hockey for and under. She is like a second mother to the team and cares about you as an individual way more than a player.
