She has a strong emphasis on being your best everyday on & off the field. She does whatever she can to help you succeed but will also be very straight forward. She’s a fierce competitor in everything she does.

She stands behind her core values and not only sets team goals, but breaks it down even further and establishes specific Offensive, Defensive, and Individual goals. These goals hold everyone accountable. One of the best mentors I ever had.

She truly understands the game and has such a passion and love of the sport that radiates onto her players. Tiff is one of those coaches that brings out the best in her players and makes you want to go out and win not only for the team, but for her too. She not only cares about you as a player, but a student, and places importance on academic and life after soccer
