He lacks structure, doesn’t respect the team’s academic priorities, is condescending, and ill equipped to coach women! He should be replaced immediately!

Sally Snover recruited 11 in my class to join her program. There were now 5 left in this years senior class. Sally is incapable of really developing players into the best they can be. Her practices are disorganized and lazy. When conflict arises Sally lets it fester within the team and wonders why she has had culture problems year after year. When players are not preforming she will leave them in… a wavering sign of favoritism. Ex: two starters hit under .120 for more than half the season.. and no changes are made. She continuously lies about playing time… will decide to put you in to pinch hit at the bottom of the 7th with 1 out while the team is getting blown out.

Ginex is a great coach! He pushes his players and expects them to work hard, but is very caring. He is invested in their lives off the court and a great supporter.

Good fit for our program. Kind and knowledgeable coach who supports his athletes academically. Since my experience he has been easy to talk to and whenever disagreements or problems arise he is willing to work through them. His communication can be blunt at times but overall constructive and productive. You can tell he is passionate about the sport and cares about the program long-term. Team culture has not been negatively influenced by this coach, he is fairly hands off but can step in if needed. Overall I am happy with his performance as Washington colleges head coach.

IT has been an honor to witness Coach since 2012. I was lucky enough to have two sons play for him. They started off boys and ended as young men with very bright future. Coach cares more about players than almost every coach I’ve ever met. He has won national championships, national coach of the year award and continues to follow his players after their career ends. He always makes himself available to his players and gets the very best out of each player. His knowledge and commitment are unquestionable . If you have thin skin he may not be your cup of tea. If you want to improve your game , earn great grades and be taught what it means to be a man coach is your coach. Washington College made the finest choice ever by making him the head coach. This is not an individuals opinion, every player who ever played for him feels the same way. If you have the opportunity to play for coach it would be an opportunity of a lifetime. He will make you a winner on and off the field .
