Steve has been at IU for 20 years, and he is so dedicated to the program and every athlete he coaches. He’s an Olympic rower and draws on his experience to present an understanding and motivating coaching style. He can definitely disengage with drama on the team, but you can count on him to be honest, caring, and encouraging.
