There is no denying that he is one of the most knowledgeable coaches and has the ability to see potential in athletes. His coaching style is something the athlete has to adapt to, he will not change his ways. Can be stern and is not always the best at communication. He is definition of tough love, he cares about athletes but doesn't like showing it and is harder on athletes he sees the most in.
