Athletes not developed beyond the team. Practices always scheduled to conflict with all other possible benefits of being part of a big athletic department (career services, networking, etc) Mark coaches the same 8 athletes all year, period. Seems charming but in fact is antisocial. Cares almost exclusively about erg scores.
