Coach claims to prioritize players' mental health however tends to destroy his players mental health on his own. Makes no effort to get to know players as individuals. Often shows up late to practice and does not communicate with players. Makes players feel unwanted and unimportant to the program if they are not starters and will often go entire practices without acknowledging or talking to players.
