DisorganizedPoor CommunicationCoach claims to prioritize players' mental health however tends to destroy his players mental health on his own. Makes no effort to get to know players as individuals. Often shows up late to practice and does not communicate with players. Makes players feel unwanted and unimportant to the program if they are not starters and will often go entire practices without acknowledging or talking to players.

DisorganizedFitness Is ImportantPoor CommunicationZamore did not create a positive environment and ruined the mental health of all players. There was never a practice plan and was late to practice more often than not. The team thrived when he was not at practice and made no effort to establish any kind of personal connection with any of the players.
