Very motivated to win, puts everything else aside to do so. Does not care about players mental health, strains players far beyond limits, poor relationships with assistant coaches and cannot keep assistants on the staff. Removes players that don’t agree with her philosophy even when they are in the right. Hard to appease, makes you feel like it’s all your fault. Incredibly manipulative.
