I remember getting a massive personal record in the 1500m during my freshman year. The first person I wanted to tell after the race was Annick.

Annick Lamar is the most caring, motivational, and knowledgeable coach I’ve ever had. She has been able to develop a team culture that not only encourages peak performance, but also allows for runners to focus on other important things in their lives such as academics and mental health. It has truly been an honor and a privilege to be part of her team.
