Sergio is a disappointment to most on the team. He once was a great coach I imagine, but now he just doesn’t care and acts like he doesn’t even want to be on the poor deck. Sergio and the rest of the coaching staff are some of the most closed-minded people I have ever met. They will not work with you to achieve your goals unless they align with their own goals.
