Coach Al is the type of person to stay late after practice simply to talk about how your day went. Coach Al wanted what was best for you both as an athlete and as a person. I can’t even count the number of extra reps should would hit to me on late nights after long practices. She was the best motivator and would still be willing to help out in my life if I ever needed her. She is strong willed, and will advocate for the better good of the athletes.
