I got the chance to meet Phil over lunch when my daughter was on her official visit to UNO. He helped put me at ease when talking about academics. He made sure that the school had her major and everything she needed to succeed academically, and as a parent that made me feel comfortable sending my daughter there knowing she has support academically and athletically.
